Finally found a place that is honest. The tech was a great guy. Ryan is very professional and knows his stuff when asking questions. They explain everything with no surprises. Did the work as expected. Very fair with prices. Highly recommended.

I had a flat tire and I had pulled into Larrys to see if he could help me put air in my tire. He was able to actually put a spare tire on for me and take my lug not off that I did not have the key for I was absolutely, amazed and thankful that he took the time out to do that for me at no cost. I will consider going to him each and every time my vehicle needs maintenance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Im here now at Larrys. These guys are so nice its almost scary( in a good way) . They are very fast working and responsive. They aren't money hungry or pressed to service your vehicle. Fair prices

I had complete four-wheel brake job and Larry did a great job in getting my car done in a timely manner and also in delivering the car to my house... You also did some extra work for me and did not charge me as he mentioned to me that my lug nuts on my wheels were of a very poor quality and he exchanged them with all them for no charge

If you are looking for a mechanic, then look no further. This place was awesome! They were able to figure out what was wrong with my car when so many places could not. I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone looking.

Everyone should go to Larrys for repairs or to buy a Great used car. Larry and Ryan and Matt are all honest, reliable and always a pleasure to work with. I have always been completely satisfied, with all the repairs, they have done on my cars. So much so I bought a used 09 Honda Civic from them. What a car Ive had it for 9 months and its been trouble free. It doesnt get any better than that.

Great Service

Larry's was so good to us when our car battery died in the Kohl's parking lot. They responded within a few minutes and were able to give us a jump start and by the time we followed them to the shop had a new battery ready to install. Fast courteous service!

I would recommend these guys to everyone! I have been bringing my Durango and my husbands charger here for almost 2 years. They are very honest and efficient! I can pull up if I feel like I hear a noise and they give my vehicle their full attention. I can call with questions and they have no problem with answering them. They are not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Their quality of work and care for my vehicles is well worth it!!! Excellent service and excellent people!

These guys were awesome. My family and I traveling out of state. Our car hit a big bump on 84. Both struts got messed up and one broke completely. They were able to get me in the same day and get my car fixed and even recommended a good place to get wheel alignment done afterwards. Honesty felt like they treated us like family. People in Connecticut are so nice. We will always recommend this place to friends/family if they are traveling through and need car work done. Beyond grateful they were able to help and so efficiently. Highly recommend. I give 10 stars!

We were referred to Larry's by a couple of sources, had a check engine light in an older car, they found the problem and provided an economical solution to a problem the dealer would have required a costly replacement, the car is running great, also as a bonus they took care of a tail light while they had the vehicle. Good people.

I have purchased two used vehicles from Larry's over the years (as well as other services). As with any used car I have ever purchased, after a few thousand miles a problem appears. The first time years ago I had a problem with a van. They fixed it no charge. Today, I brought my Impala back I bought 3000 miles ago with an engine light on & remote starter not working. It was repaired promptly at no charge under their six month warranty. They also noticed I was due for an oil change and performed this at no charge since I bought the car from them. I recommend them to everyone for their professional & courteous service.

Went to Carter Chevrolet in Vernon Connecticut with an appointment a week out, they failed to have a battery ready for install, so I went to Larry's with no appointment, and they got a battery installed right then and there no problems. Great service and they had a great reputation to start from others. They're my new mechanics of choice. Go there, you'll be happy you did.

I was towed to Larry's after breaking down on I84 on my way home to Maine. These folks could not have been nicer! My F150 blew a fuel pump and couldn't be repaired till the next day. They drove me to a motel and offered to pick me up the next morning Made my repair a priority, and got me on the road again by 10:45 the next morning . I can not say enough good things about their professionalism and empathy. If I lived in that area, they would be my shop of choice. Thank you again!

Ive been to Larry's a couple of times in the last few weeks, the first time was to buy amsoil products for my recently purchased vehicle. They had all of the weights and types in stock that I needed to do a full fluid change on my truck. They're more expensive than buying online but I didn't feel like waiting for shipping, I live down the street so it's nice to have a local store than carries amsoil. I have also recently gotten a new hampshire oil undercoating treatment from Larry's, I had good service and would definitely recommend the undercoating to anyone that drives their vehicle in the winter. Overall happy with the shop, I do all my own mechanical services so I wouldn't be able to tell you how I feel about their mechanical abilities/prices. But for what I used them for, I give them 5 stars

I cannot say enough good things about Larry's and the people who work there. We bought a truck in Feb 2018 for dump runs and hauling things as needed. We used it occasionally, and had it towed there one morning a few months later when the front control arm fell off. After arriving at Larry's and getting it up on the lift, they found there was a whole lot more wrong with it than just the control arm - nearly the entire frame was rotting out and there were other issues we weren't aware of and hadn't been informed of when purchasing the vehicle. While they were able to fix it, the repair for just the stuff they could see was adding up to several thousand dollars and would likely be more once it was pulled apart and we would have spent more than the vehicle was worth. They advised against doing anything at that time, helped us through the DMV dealer complaint, and stored the vehicle on their property while the complaint was going through the process. They didn't rush us to get it off the lot and didn't charge us for the time they spent diagnosing the issues or any storage fees. It took a couple of months for the complaint to be completed and for the dealer to be forced to buy back the vehicle, and they couldn't have been nicer or more patient with us through the whole thing. While this was huge, I have had other smaller exchanges with them which have been just as pleasant and they have always treated us (and my mother in law) well and we have never felt or found that we were overcharged or any work was done that wasn't absolutely needed. I highly, highly recommend Larry's and we will be using them for all of our car repairs in the future and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Really great mechanic. I've taken my vehicles here for everything from routine oil changes to major repairs and always feel like I am treated fairly. Really friendly and will explain everything to you. Finding a mechanic you can trust is a really difficult proposition, so I've very glad that I was able to find these guys. They do not disappoint!

Brought my car to Larry and he went over the entire car and found every issue it had. Larry explained each repair estimate and when I picked up my car the bill was exactly as quoted. Picked up my car and my issue is resolved and I have a short list of a few other issues I'll be returning to have repaired. Honest garage and fair labor charges plus a free check of the entire cars mechanics without pressuring you to perform the repairs. Will be back for sure.

I had the unfortunate experience of locking my keys in my car and Jim from Larry's Sales & Repair in Vernon, Ct came to my rescue. He was just so nice, friendly and polite I just had to tell someone. Too bad more people in customer service aren't as accommodating & pleasant!

So..my car wouldn't start this morning so I had to call a tow to get my car down to firestone. Made the call to Larry's and about 15 mins later they sent someone over. The guy about to tow my car asked me what trouble I was having and immediately knew what was wrong with my car. He got my car running again, he did charge me $50 for service fee, but hey it was much less then what I would have spent if he didnt take a look at it. Overall great experience and I'm likely to get some service done with them since they handled my situation so nicely. I really appreciate the service I got.

I called AAA today for a flat bed tow. The driver responded within 10 minutes of my call and was at my house in about 10 minutes after that. Fast hookup, fast drop off at the service station. I would highly recommend Larry's (and AAA) for all your towing needs. Paul was the driver. Great Job! You deserve a raise!!!

This place has real mechanics with a touch of artist in the mix.

Larry's Auto is the BEST!! Our family has been using his repair shop  for 30 years..  That is a testament to the quality of service and the kind and caring manner he always shows.
There  has never been a time when Larry has not gone out of his way to to helpful even to friends I have recommended to him.
Our  cars are always repaired or serviced in a timely manner, and at the least  the expensive price.

Larry's did a thorough check of my vehicle, and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work to be done.  Having been given a bat-crap crazy estimate from Firestone a week earlier for things I knew to be b.s., I was pleased with Larry's accuracy and honesty.  To top it off, they asked me to come back before my vacation so they could just check over their work.  Nice touch!  They're the only guys working on my cars now!

My family goes to Larry's for all our service.Even their oil change has value added because they assess any problems and will give you an honest opinion.I like that they FIX ONLY WHAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED! No unnecessary up-sell.
